This document constitutes both (1) the general terms and conditions and usage policies for Blossombaydecor.com, governing the use of the site, including the formation of a sales contract with us, and (2) an agreement between the seller and client for sales through blossombaydecor.com.

This website is offered to you, the customer, by Jilly International Ltd., and is subject to your acceptance of the general terms and conditions contained herein. Use of this website signifies your agreement to all such terms and conditions. We may change or update these terms, so please check this page regularly. Jilly International Ltd. does not guarantee the accuracy and disclaims any liability for inaccuracies related to information and descriptions of any product displayed on this website. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Jilly International Ltd. disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the information on this website, the software, products, and services contained therein, including all implied warranties and conditions of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Bulgarian courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. Use of this website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, this paragraph. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure results from force majeure. Force majeure is an unpredictable event beyond the control of the parties, which cannot be avoided.
If the force majeure event does not cease within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the event, either party has the right to notify the other party of the termination of the agreement, without any compensation for possible damages.
Important: These terms and the aforementioned disclaimer do not affect mandatory statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Jilly International Ltd. and its affiliates and/or their respective suppliers and any of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties, or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature, including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:
- Your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents referenced herein;
- Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or
- Your use of this website.
As a condition of your use of this website, you warrant to Jilly International Ltd. that you will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions.

All content and infrastructure of the website, including text, graphics, logos, images, are the property of Jilly International Ltd. and are protected by European and international copyright laws. You may electronically copy and print hard copies of pages from this website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to placing an order or shopping with Blossombaydecor.com. Any other use of our website, including reproduction and internet links, is strictly prohibited without our prior written permission. Images on this site are included solely for viewing purposes and may not be saved or downloaded in any format.
Online Sales Policy
During registration and submission of your order, by ticking the box “I accept the Terms and Conditions”, the user makes an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document Act and declares that they are aware of and accept our Terms and Conditions.
Orders on the blossombaydecor.com site are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
When shopping on the blossombaydecor.com site, we would like to inform you to carefully review your order before submission, as it cannot be modified after submission. You will receive an order confirmation at the end of your order, as well as an email summarizing your order number and total order amount.
To ensure customer security, our system never stores credit card numbers. You will be redirected to a payment window where you will enter your credit or debit card details. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, direct bank transfer, and cash on delivery through the courier companies we work with. We do not accept electronic checks through PayPal. Goods/products are charged to your credit or debit card when your order is placed.
In the case of online payments or bank transfer payments, Jilly International Ltd. is not responsible for any charges related to bank fees, commissions, or other additional payments made by you or your bank for the transaction itself, nor in the case of currency exchange applied by the issuing bank if the currency is different from the Bulgarian lev.
The same applies to transactions that Jilly International Ltd. makes with the customer, whether in connection with the refund of any payment to the customer, or for any other reason. Costs related to such payments are solely borne by the customer. Therefore, we recommend our customers to consult their bank about additional charges that may be incurred for online payments or bank fees.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide us when placing your order. We may perform a security check to confirm this. If your payment method is not authorized, we may refuse to accept your order and we will not be liable for undelivered goods.
All images displayed on the site are solely intended to give some idea of the type of product offered, rather than to represent it exactly. Accordingly, some of the images of the products (static/dynamic images, multimedia presentations, etc.) may not match the appearance of the respective product. Jilly International Ltd. will not be responsible for such discrepancies.
The color/shade of the material may also vary slightly due to lighting, picture saturation, and varying viewing devices such as mobile phones, computers, etc.
We make each item by hand and custom-made in our atelier. Therefore, please allow 2-3 working days for us to make and ship your order.
Formation of the Contract
We will confirm acceptance of your order for goods by sending you a confirmation email that the goods have been shipped (“Shipping Confirmation”).
The contract between us will be formed only when we send you the shipping confirmation (“Contract”). These terms, the shipping confirmation, and any other information related to the goods we have presented to you are included in the contract.
The contract will only apply to those goods confirmed in the shipping confirmation and we will not be obliged to supply any other goods you may have ordered until we send you a separate shipping confirmation in relation to such goods.
Delivery
We deliver our products ordered through the blossombaydecor.com site only within the territories of the following countries: Bulgaria, Greece, and Romania.
All shipments are sent with the courier company Econt Express PLC.
We make each item by hand in our atelier, so please allow 2-3 working days to receive your order.
If you have ordered a personalized product, please allow 4-7 working days to receive it.

*Please note that for all shipments outside the territory of Bulgaria, the cash on delivery option is not available. All shipments to the European Union (excluding Bulgaria) are paid by credit or debit card or by direct bank transfer when ordering.

Return Policy
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the ordered goods within 14 WORKING DAYS from receipt, provided they HAVE NOT BEEN USED, the integrity of their packaging has not been violated, and the goods are in the condition they were received and under the conditions of Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria. The transport and other costs for receiving and returning the goods are at the expense of the consumer. Make sure to use a reputable shipping company with tracking information or proof of courier fee, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a defective product is found within 24 hours of receipt and the commercial appearance of the goods and packaging is intact, we undertake to replace them with new ones or refund the value of the goods paid by you, in accordance with Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria. In this case, the transport and other costs for receiving and returning the goods are at the seller’s expense. In case of discrepancy of the goods with the characteristics stated on the product description page, the supplier refunds the full amount paid by the consumer, in accordance with Art. 59, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act, within 14 working days from receipt of the goods.

You must first contact us through the return form on our site. Packages sent without prior contact with us will not be accepted. Note that you must send the item back to us within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product.
If you want to exchange an item, you will need to return the product you no longer want and place a new order.

Purchase for Personal Use Only
You may purchase products from this site only for personal use and not for resale. By submitting your order, you certify that you are purchasing products only for personal use and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
Customs and VAT for Export
The standard Bulgarian VAT rate of 20% is charged on all orders within the European Union. This is included in the prices shown on the site. For those countries outside the EU, VAT will be removed from your order total at checkout. Please note that for these countries you will be required to pay VAT in the country to which the product is being shipped, as well as any applicable import duties and taxes. Jilly International Ltd. is not responsible for packages held at customs if these fees are not settled by the customer. The customer is solely responsible for the official clearance of the order. For more information on taxes, duties, and customs regulations, please contact your local customs office directly.

Secure Processing
Blossombaydecor.com uses secure processing called SSL Encryption Technology, which is the industry standard. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a protocol developed for transmitting private information over the internet. SSL uses a private key to encrypt your data, including your credit or debit card information, so it cannot be read while being transferred over the internet.
