The Renewal Program™ allows you to return your BlossomBay bumper when you no longer need it and receive 30% off your next BlossomBay bumper. There is no time limit on when you can return it.
No. Your bumper can have been purchased from BlossomBay or from one of our authorised retail partners. As long as it is an original BlossomBay bumper, it is eligible for the Renewal Program™. We can recognise our products and verify their authenticity when they are returned.
No. You can return your BlossomBay whenever you no longer need it, whether that is after a few months or several years.
Please contact us before sending your bumper back. We will provide the return instructions and details you need.
Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.
No, it does not need to be cleaned before you return it. However, we recommend washing it according to the care instructions before sending it to us. A clean, well-cared-for bumper has a better chance of being given another life through reuse or donation.
Once we receive and verify your BlossomBay, we will create a one-time 30% discount code that can be used toward any BlossomBay bumper.
Yes. The discount code is transferable. You can give it to a family member, friend or anyone else you choose.
The code can be used once and applies to any BlossomBay bumper model.
Yes. Your Renewal Program™ code can be used toward any BlossomBay bumper, including future models.
No. The 30% Renewal Program™ code cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes or offers.
Every returned bumper is assessed individually. Depending on its condition, it may be reused, donated or repurposed.
Our goal is to keep each product useful for as long as possible and avoid unnecessary waste.
That's completely fine. Your bumper does not need to be in perfect condition to be returned. We understand that it has been part of your family's everyday life.
