Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations We ship to Bulgaria and across the European Union.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Bulgaria: 2–5 business days
• EU countries: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. For Bulgaria, delivery to office of Speedy is FREE and delivery to a home address is 8€ flat rate. Shipping to the rest of the EU is 15€ flat rate.

Customs & Duties For deliveries within the EU, no additional customs duties apply. All applicable VAT is included in the price at checkout.
